Application Purpose

The application name is CDI Dashboards. This is the same app name shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.

CDI Dashboards gives California Deck Inspection management a centralized reporting tool for reviewing company performance. The application combines operational dashboard data, manager-entered context, target status, and executive report delivery so leaders can review the same KPI results and commentary in one workflow.

The purpose of the application is to help the company prepare and distribute management reports, including weekly executive summaries that show current KPI performance, red/yellow/green status, related manager comments, and recommended follow-up actions.

This homepage is publicly available and does not require sign-in. It is provided so users and Google reviewers can understand what CDI Dashboards does before granting Google permissions.

Application Functionality

• Displays job costing metrics such as jobs, revenue, labor cost, mileage cost, architect cost, commission, report cost, gross profit, and gross margin.
• Displays route profitability metrics such as route days, route revenue, route gross margin, revenue per route hour, revenue per mile, and travel hour share.
• Shows target status for dashboard KPIs using red, yellow, and green performance indicators.
• Collects manager comments that explain business context behind KPI results.
• Combines dashboard metrics and manager comments into CEO-level executive report previews.
• Sends manual executive report emails when requested by a dashboard user.
• Sends scheduled executive report emails for recurring management reporting periods.

Why CDI Dashboards Requests Google User Data

CDI Dashboards requests Google user data only to provide the report email feature. The application uses Gmail API send access so dashboard and executive report emails can be sent from a configured company sender account to approved company recipients.

• The app may use the sender email address, recipient email addresses, report subject line, and generated report email body to deliver the requested report email.
