This Privacy Policy explains how CDI Dashboards handles information for internal dashboard reporting and executive email reporting.
Who We Are
CDI Dashboards is an internal reporting application used by California Deck Inspection to review operational performance, job costing, route profitability, management notes, and executive KPI summaries.
Information We Process
The application may process business information needed to operate internal reports, including job data, route data, financial metrics, dashboard comments, report recipients, and authenticated user email addresses.
Google User Data
The application uses Google APIs only for approved business purposes. When Gmail API access is configured, the application uses the Gmail send permission to send dashboard and executive report emails from an authorized sender account.
- The application does not read Gmail inboxes.
- The application does not scan or analyze Gmail message contents.
- The application does not sell Google user data.
- The application does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide and secure the requested reporting functionality.
- The application uses Google user data only in ways disclosed in this policy.
Limited Use Disclosure
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Information
Information is used to generate dashboards, prepare executive summaries, send report emails, control access to restricted dashboard areas, troubleshoot application issues, and maintain business reporting records.
How We Store And Protect Information
Access to the dashboard is restricted to authorized users. Production credentials and tokens are stored in managed cloud environment settings and are not intended to be published in source code or public pages. Access controls are reviewed as business needs change.
Data Sharing
Dashboard data and report emails are intended for authorized California Deck Inspection users and approved recipients. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
Data Retention
Business reporting data is retained as needed for company operations, auditing, troubleshooting, and reporting continuity. Access tokens or credentials may be rotated, revoked, or replaced as needed for security and system maintenance.
User Choices
Authorized users may request access changes or removal from report distribution lists by contacting the dashboard administrator. Google account access may also be reviewed or revoked through the user's Google Account security settings.
